Helpful Information

Helpful information may include:

  • The email address associated with your Boardroom OS account

  • A description of the issue

  • What you were trying to do when the issue occurred

  • Your device and iOS version, if relevant

  • Screenshots or screen recordings, if helpful

  • Any error message you received

Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment-card information, or other sensitive credentials.

Account Access

If you’re having trouble signing in, make sure you’re using the email address associated with your Boardroom OS account. Boardroom OS uses email-based authentication. If you’re still unable to access your account, contact support@boardroomos.io.

Subscriptions and Billing

Boardroom OS subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are billed and managed by Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account subscription settings. If you purchased a subscription but Boardroom OS does not recognize it, use Restore Purchases from the Boardroom OS paywall or subscription screen. If the issue continues, contact support@boardroomos.io. Please include the email address associated with your Boardroom OS account. Do not send payment-card information.

Refunds

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple. Refund requests for App Store purchases are generally handled through Apple’s applicable refund process. If you believe there is a Boardroom OS account or entitlement issue related to a purchase, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

Account and Data Requests

For questions about your account, personal information, or privacy rights, contact support@boardroomos.io. Boardroom OS will also provide an in-app method for initiating account deletion. For more information about how we handle personal information, see our Privacy Policy.

If you encounter a technical issue, please email support@boardroomos.io. Include:

  • What happened

  • What you expected to happen

  • The steps that led to the issue

  • Your device model and operating-system version

  • Screenshots, if available
